Does this truck have a serving window? AC unit? If not, would an AC wall unit be able to be connected?

Yes, it does have a service window. It's underneath the awning. I apologize for not putting a picture with the window open. No AC unit but if you cut a small hole in the side of the truck, a wall unit could be mounted.
