Is there a blueprint/layout of the truck with the equipment that would be greatly appreciated as well for planning?
No blue print you can change it to your liking. Pictures are there to see.
Any known issues mechanically/aesthetically with the truck in its current condition?
No just put 1000 into exhaust system runs great
What is the size and location of the propane tank(s) on the truck?
We use small 20#. But on the back is a place for tall skinny ones.
What size are the clean and grey water reservoirs?
Fresh water is 25gal hot water tank holds 20 gal. Grey water is 45 gal
Would be able to install a grill and get it under the ventilation system with the fryers?
Yes by sliding over the fryer a little then both could fit
What is the width of the ventilation system?
44" W
Is any of the equipment still under warranty?
No not really we didnt pay extra for warranty's
Can you include full list of equipment and model numbers?
All equipment is NSF
When was the last inspection of the truck done to make sure that it is up to the health codes set forth in the state of Michigan?
