Has this food truck been able to pass all requirements?

Yes! It passed for everything when we were serving. Never had an issue. It all depends on what city you plan on serving in though, as to what their requirements are.

Do you know about how much it would cost to get cab ac/heat working?

Honestly, we have no idea. We've never even checked on it.

Do you know about how much it would cost to get generator fixed?

No, we rarely used it to begin with. We always plugged in and used power from where we were serving from. So, it was never a big enough problem to have it fixed. Anywhere we ever served always provided electric hook up. Sorry.

How much should someone expect to spend on the upkeep of the truck on a monthly basis based on usage? (How much does it cost to fill up the tank vs. mpg, how often did you fill the propane tanks vs. usage, etc.)

Upkeep, just normal oil changes, etc.
MPG is approx 8. Propane. When we would burn all 4 burners and have the oven on we would get about 4 solid hours off of a 25 lb tank. The less burners you use or if not needing the oven for constant use, you obviously get more time out of it. We used counter top friers electric. So, we would be able to serve a whole evening on just 1 25 lb propane tank.

I have a feeling this truck have a little too much mileage, is the engine run well?

It does have a lot of miles, but, we have not had any issues. We have driven it all over San Antonio and kept it up to date with oil changes and have yet to have a problem.

I like to ask, if this truck have any problem?

The gas gauge doesn't work. So, we have always kept track of when we fill it as to how many miles we drove it. The A/C & heater don't work in the cab, but everything else on it has always been good.
