Yes, on-demand tankless propane water heater

Aside from the three compartment sink does it have a hand washing sink not located in the bathroom? (for sanitation code compliance purposes)

There are four sinks in a row, the one on the end is for hand washing and is separated by an upright metal divider...this was how the health department here advised me to do it

are the tires new and how dose this run?

tires are in good condition, about two years old. vehicle runs great! I have had a couple mechanics take a look at it recently and they haven't found any problems

Why is this truck being sold?

I have found other work I am more passionate about, so I am no longer operating a food truck business.

Does this truck need any repairs?

No mechanical repairs are needed. There is a scrape and dent that you may choose to repair, but these are cosmetic issues only.
