DETAILS AND FEATURES:
The spacious kitchen is powered by a top of the line Cummins-Onan (gasoline) 29 amp Commercial QG (quiet generator), which is self contained and tucked away at the rear driver side of the truck.
The kitchen area is 15'9" from front to back, 7'6" wide, and 6'8" floor to ceiling. It is well lit, and boasts a full spread of cooking implements:
40# fryer, Pitco
24" griddle, table top, Starmax
6 burner Vulcan range and oven
All of which is propane, and feeds from 2ea 100lbs propane tanks, each enclosed on the rear bumper. The cooking implements are beneath an 8', 4 extinguisher, Captive-Aire exhaust hood and suppression system, one of the best in the industry. It features automatic fan heat detection, emergency strobe, and signal, in the event of fire.
The refrigeration is as follows:
27" sandwich unit (6ea 1/6th pans, 2ea 1/9th pans), next to the service window
36" Beverage Air work top refrigerator
60" Beverage Air work top refrigerator
All of this sits on a non-skid custom flooring, that runs up the wall, for easy scrubbing, hosing, and squeegeeing.
The exterior of the truck is just as awesome as the inside with a rustic, yet clean, look.
Reclaimed wood, charred and stained, covers the service side of the truck and makes up a sectioned collapsable 9' service counter for guests to eat on, or to stage condiments, napkins, and even food for catering events. 28" Vizio flat screen tv
There's a corrugated tin-roof collapsable awning (10'x5'), which pad locks to the truck for safe transit, to protect the TV, and to prevent break ins. It provides fantastic shade and coverage from the elements. An original side panel door, has been wisely repurposed as the point of access for the plumbing: three compartment sink (30" of sink, and a 13" drain basin) and hand sink (12" with splash guards on both sides).
Plumbing access is also where the water pump, and battery for the pump and generator, are located. The pump pulls from a 30 gallon fresh water reservoir, which is easily filled from the side of the truck (and has a ball valve underneath it for periodic draining and flushing). The gray/waste tank is a 50 gallon capacity and both tanks are beneath the truck, encased in diamond plated steel for protection.
The service window is a lockable sliding type, measuring 40" with a 20" opening. From the inside, there's a 45" stainless steel counter space at the window, and underneath the counter there's a trash compartment, and a lockable cabinet for any storage needs. In addition to that cabinet, there's an overhead 3 door compartment cabinet, that's 70"x16", and can house all of your disposable products, dry ingredients, small wares, and more! Along with the cabinets, there are steel rod shelves strategically placed throughout the truck (along with rails to hang compartments or utensils on) to place any number of items on while in service.
The truck (chassis) itself is a 2006 diesel model, with a Utilimaster body, and has only 152k miles, which is nothing for a diesel!.
