SOLD Everything works great and the truck is considered the best running and functioning in its area. The truck is fully certified, inspected, licensed and permitted to operate in its locality and surrounding areas ( has some of the strictest rules in the country for mobile food trucks). 190378 -- New tie rods and serpentine belt installed in November 2014. Regular oil changes have been completed as well. Truck runs great!
Truck Features: - Exterior is completely white and ready for your graphics. - Entire kitchen (including floors) is stainless steel for easy cleaning. - All new electrical system and wiring installed including a breaker box. Truck runs completely off of batteries with an onboard generator needed as an emergency backup only. The electrical system also bypasses to the engines 12 volt system as a back up for the back up. This is the only truck in Louisville that can operate without a generator running making it the quietest and most energy efficient in town by far. - Electrical outlets in the kitchen and outside the truck. - Truck comes with a 75ft electrical charging cable that can be plugged into a 220V system to recharge the batteries and run the freezer compressor. (8-12 hour charge time) - 3 rows of Fluorescent lighting inside the kitchen and outside in the awnings for customers. - Awnings have built in speakers for audio. - 12 volts DC port at the service window (for cash register or other purpose) - All new plumbing installed including the holding tank, pipes, hoses and faucets. I have also installed water pressure pumps to increase the water pressure when/if needed. - Large onboard propane tank housed under the truck fuels all kitchen equipment and heats the hot water. There are no leaks and the system is incredibly efficient and cheap to maintain. - Water is added to the fresh water tank using a garden hose via a valve on the side of the truck. - 4 large screened in openings in the ceiling can be opened for ventilation. These do not leak. - Large self service area under the awnings with adjustable shelves and 2 cabinets. Ice can be added to serve cold drinks. - Valves and hoses installed for easy draining of the 3 holing tanks
