Does it have propane?
Yes, two, 40lb tanks. Easy to change.
Is the water tank elevated above sink or on floor?
On the floor, under counter.
What is electrical capabilities? 110v 220v? Does it have the means to plug into and what is service cord size?

What is the size of exhaust fan?
Cativaire DU 12. 2400 cfm.
Does it have an emergency hatch in it per Insignia regs? Usually required in roof?
No. Kitchen only 10.5 ft long.
Does the truck have Insignia?
No
Does it have air? Will you supply the plans you gave to SBDO county? It would help.
No a/c. Plans come with the truck.
Will it pass all California inspections?
As all CA inspectors are different, no one can guarantee this. I submitted to San Bernardino County. It failed but I had Wyss Catering Trucks make all corrections.
Is the steam table gas or electric? We would want to replace the table with a stove/oven and we are wondering about hookups and dimensions.
Gas steam tables. 4750 watt generator runs lights, fridge and hot water heater.
Would there be any problems to pass California inspections?
Plans were submitted to San Bernardino County. All corrections have been made by Wyss Catering Trucks, who makes the trucks for Habit Burger. So I believe all would be in order.
