What is the capacity of each water tank?

The fresh water is 30 gallons and the grey water is 40 or 50 gallons.
There is no better pics of the equipment since they are built in. They are not modular restaurant pieces. This is a custom made unit. The compressor for the refrigeration is brand new . I just replaced it. The baine marie and the cold display case are operated by a cold plate powered by the new compressor system. Otherwise the fryer and steamtable are built in. The only modular piece is the 36" griddle. This truck is in excellent condition and ready to get to work.
