Concession trailer for sale. Fully equipped. Includes : freezer (glass slide top), sandwich prep refrigerator (both used for 3mos), built-in grill and vents, propane tanks, beverage refrigerator (used 2 summers), older full-size refrigerator and another small one, 2 grills, convection oven, AC, 3yr old hot water heater, triple sinks, waste storage tank and water storage tank, 40 x 60 tent, cash register, lighted sign, other signs. Currently has built-on storage on back and covered step to front window - can be removed. Interior and exterior lighting, electrical box. All built on a trailer frame.

What is the current condition?

We've removed the lattice at the bottom to begin disassembling shed from the back, and step from the front, so that it can be moved. I'm not sure what you are asking about for condition. It was painted two years ago, no leaks or infestations. Equipment is all operational except grill needs greasing of controls and new knobs. Pressure tank, gray water tank, freezer and sandwich prep cooler are all 3 years old (only used one season). Tent has been donated to the local Fire Dept, so no longer with it. Any other specific questions? Willing to accept lower offer.

Is this easily mobile?

Currently it is also still attached to the shed and front step, and that would need to be removed. It also has a large waste water tank that sits on the ground under it, two flat tires, and equipment that is not secured inside. (It was used as a stationary unit. We have never moved it. It would probably be best suited to go to another permanent location.)

So... though it is a trailer and could be hauled, there is some work to get it prepared for that. It would need to be permitted to move it on public roads, and other items need to be hauled separately or not purchased. (shed, waste water tank, front step, freezer, sandwich prep cooler) Shipping or hauling would need to be at the buyer's' cost.

Current on licensing and up to code?

Not currently licensed. It had been inspected just before we bought it in 2010. We maintained licensing through Jan '13, but we were not in business at that point. It never failed an inspection. I don't know what current codes are. The waste water tank may be larger than code allows as it sits on the ground underneath. It will need to be fitted with a small tank if you want it to be mobile.
