Hi,
I just wanted to drop a note about my experience with your company (4 mega vending .com). I run a dormitory at a college preparatory school and we have for years been thinking about whether we should take the leap and purchase machines for our dorms rather than having an outside service providing full service snacking. The concern was where we could find a company that could supply the machines we needed and the extra support we needed as people new to the vending process. After scouring the internet we stumbled into this site and decided to call. April, our sales rep, was thoughtfully unassuming and helpful throughout the process. When we asked ridiculous amounts of questions she happily answered them and patiently walked us through the selection process taking into consideration our population size, budget and dimension constraints while also keeping in mind our goals for providing nutritional options for our students. After we made our machine selection the order arrived just as we had discussed (on the day and time they were scheduled) and there were no surprises. After the sale, when I had some additional questions and when most companies no longer care, April was courteous and helpful once again. I presented a delima to Stacy Sweet and he came through like a champ! We ordered 4 machines for a vending contract we were awarded at the last second. We ordered the machines on 12/21/11 and HAD to have delivery NLT 12/29- as you can imangine this presented quite a problem with shipping being so close to the Christmas holiday. Stacy went above and beyone the call. The original shipper backed out on the delivery date and Stacy worked his tail off securing another shipper who delivered my machines on time and in great condition! Your company is lucky to have an employee who cares that much and is willing to go the extra mile for excellent customer satisfaction. |

I searched everywhere for a operating manual to an older vending machine. I decided to shoot an email to usedvending.com as they seemed like the most searched and reputable company on the internet to see if they could help. I want to thank Melissa for all of her help. I checked out your website for a new combination vending machine to add to our business. We had an opportunity to add a new site and they wanted 2 machines. We found an offer for 3 machines in our area and so we contacted your company to start the process. I e-mailed with Melissa regarding our small business and the plans that we had. The next day I received a call at my home for an even better deal. For about the same amount of money that we were going to pay for the 3 machines, she told us of an offer for 6 brand new and 1 slightly used machine. The only catch was that it was a fast deal as the seller was moving out of the area and wanted to move the machines. By that weekend we had picked up our 7 new machines and placed 2 of them. We have already made enough money back from those 2 mahines to pay for the 7 that we bought. We are in the process of placing the other 5. Thank you again Melissa for looking out for our best interest. I have already recommeded your site to a friend who is just getting started in the vending machine business. |

Eric arranged a purchase for me of machines that were within driving distance, so that I could pick them up and save on packaging and shipping charges. I also purchased some machines that required to be shipped from out of state. The machines arrived Promptly on the date Eric told me they would be here, there was a misunderstanding with the shipping company of payment of shipping, I called Eric, prior to going to the shipping company, and by the time I arrived he had it all straightened out. I purchased an Antares combination (snack/soda) vending machine from USEDvending.com and was very pleased with the outcome. I had been searching for a combo machine for over a year when I received a solicitation email from USEDvending.com. I must admit, I was leary about dealing with a company of whom I had no reference. The price was very very reasonable. The machine was practically new and in great condition. The location he found was quite unreasonable, however patience and determination won out.
