4 Mega Vending is a solid and responsive company. When our company was looking for a low cost solution for replacing our old soda machine I found 4 Mega Vending.
It is always a risk to buy something like this without knowing the company you are working with. I took a chance and found that they are quick acting and customer service oriented. I’ve worked with April Hurd since 2006 and she has always answered my questions and requests. It is a welcome relief from the revolving door of customer service representatives at other companies. This was my first time and now I am ready to go any other time because thanks to you I know what I'm doing. All transactions were easy and whenever I needed you, you were there. Not only were you there ready to go, but you were there with an AMAZING attitude and OUTSTANDING service. Even when you were sick you came in and took care of me and who knows what else. Also the day before that you were too sick to come in, other people stepped up and helped me out with great service.

I Purchased Six Used Vending Machines through Eric Normand at Usedvending.com. Through out the entire process I found Eric to be very Professional, and extremely helpful. Eric arranged a purchase for me of machines that were within driving distance, so that I could pick them up and save on packaging and shipping charges. I also purchased some machines that required to be shipped from out of state. The machines arrived Promptly on the date Eric told me they would be here, there was a misunderstanding with the shipping company of payment of shipping, I called Eric, prior to going to the shipping company, and by the time I arrived he had it all straightened out. Shirley & I are sore but happy after all that lifting and twisting Friday afternoon. Edward is a nice guy, and lives less than 5 miles from us. I knew you were closed by the time we finished loading at about 5:00 PM. Friday.

It was a great experience for my first system 06/20/2011
I worked with April Hurd to purchase my first Vending machine. She was professionsal and answered all of my questions. She provided copies of the manuals for my review and made sure I knew what I was getting into when I ordered the Combo 300. The system arrived on time but the key was missing. April provided a key to me the next day and we go the system working. It was a great experience for my first system and I plan to call on her when my customers want to add vending to their business.

This was our first foray into the vending machine world (we got a mechanical snack/drink combo for our learning center). It has definitely been a learning experience! But, after doing quite a lot of research, we found that Mega-Vending had the best prices and the widest selection. We worked with April who was always supremely responsive both over the phone and on email.
As I sat down with my tools to try to figure out the mechanics of some of our initial problems myself (and I did!).... I felt confident that if I couldn't find the problem, April, or someone in her office would help us out. She stayed with us through the whole process (even though her role was essentially done) and I don't think that you can ask for more in terms of customer service.
If you're thinking about vending machines, they are trickier than they look -- but Mega-Vending was definitely great about the support.
