This was our first foray into the vending machine world (we got a mechanical snack/drink combo for our learning center). It has definitely been a learning experience! But, after doing quite a lot of research, we found that Mega-Vending had the best prices and the widest selection. We worked with April who was always supremely responsive both over the phone and on email. |

I just wanted to say THANKS! for my recent experiences I have had with your company. I am new to the vending industry, establishing myself in January 2009, and am still learning the ropes with a lot of help from April and Kara. These two ladies are huge assets to your company! I can't thank them enough for the assistance and information they have given to me.
I was contacted by Kara in March 2009 about a medium size account in my service area. After meeting with the client, it seemed like a good fit, and I informed Kara of my decision. She handled the entire transaction smoothly and without a hitch; it was a very different experience then I have had with the few locating services I have dealt with. At that point, I contacted April about the location. She listened to specifics of the account and made a recommendation as to which machines to consider. When it turned out that the machine we had chosen (an ST3000) was a little outside of my price range, April promptly arranged financing for the equipment. Considering the recent state of the credit markets, and the short length of time I have been in business, I was relieved to say the least! The machine was delivered with no problems and has been on location for about a month now. Everything is working great and the capacity of the unit seems a perfect fit for the account it is in. Hi,
I just wanted to drop a note about my experience with your company (4 mega vending .com). I run a dormitory at a college preparatory school and we have for years been thinking about whether we should take the leap and purchase machines for our dorms rather than having an outside service providing full service snacking. The concern was where we could find a company that could supply the machines we needed and the extra support we needed as people new to the vending process. After scouring the internet we stumbled into this site and decided to call. April, our sales rep, was thoughtfully unassuming and helpful throughout the process. When we asked ridiculous amounts of questions she happily answered them and patiently walked us through the selection process taking into consideration our population size, budget and dimension constraints while also keeping in mind our goals for providing nutritional options for our students. After we made our machine selection the order arrived just as we had discussed (on the day and time they were scheduled) and there were no surprises. After the sale, when I had some additional questions and when most companies no longer care, April was courteous and helpful once again. I recently sold 2 Antares Combo Machines through USEDvending.com. I never expected to sell them as quickly as I did and must really commend Eric Normand for handling everything so well. Any questions I had, he answered promptly. I was a little leary doing business on the internet with someone I had never met, but Eric will make you feel like you've known each other for a while. If you have any doubts about dealing with USEDvending.com, it is not necessary. The transaction went very smoothly and after the buyer picked up his machines, I received my check within days. If you are buying or selling, this is the way to go!

I purchased an Antares combination (snack/soda) vending machine from USEDvending.com and was very pleased with the outcome. I had been searching for a combo machine for over a year when I received a solicitation email from USEDvending.com. I must admit, I was leary about dealing with a company of whom I had no reference. The price was very very reasonable. The machine was practically new and in great condition. I have been in the vending business for a year or so. My first transactions with vending companies were expensive and not very customer service oriented. However, I have made them work. When I needed to buy more machines, I had plenty of time to look, research, and time to negotiate. I felt like I shopped the planet. I kept coming back to April and she continued to work diligently with me. I purchased two machines from her, they were exactly what I needed and they were shipped on time. We had a positive experience in dealing with both Melissa and Cheryl at Used Vending while selling our hotdog cart. We had placed our cart on craigs list and had not received any responses when I did some research and found Used Vending online. I first talked with Cheryl, who helped me with providing a write-up, pictures and made suggestions on the price. After not receiving any calls, I called Cheryl and asked for suggestions - we lowered the price and waited patiently. Not much longer and it was sold. It was great to let someone else deal with the customer and negotiate and all we had to do was show it and let them take it home. If there is a need to sell concession equipment in the future, we will definitely call Used Vending and specifically ask for Cheryl and/or Melissa.

Shirley & I are sore but happy after all that lifting and twisting Friday afternoon. Edward is a nice guy, and lives less than 5 miles from us. I knew you were closed by the time we finished loading at about 5:00 PM. Friday.
I will fax you the signed paperwork Monday afternoon. We don't normally get up until 11 AM.
