Seller is original owner; had it custom built in 2001. It comfortably holds up to 8 people and 10 maximum. Ceiling height is 7ft, so plenty of headroom.This trailer is in great shape for appearance and for health dept. New tires, good brakes and lights. Note: a hot water heater can be added to this trailer. The logos were all stripped off and the trailer was just repainted all white. Seller had 20 gallon waste tank installed, 25 gallon fresh water tank installed, 4 brand new 2009 tires replace on 3-27-10. The trailer now has three stage sink and an additional hand sink and hot water heater. The trailer is rated for 30 amps. All interior and exterior lights are working and all interior outlets are working, but seller may have to replace a couple. Be sure to see the details.
