Seller is original owner; it was in use for about 8 months and is in very good condition. Manufactured with white vinyl walls and ceiling, black vinyl flooring,  welded tubular steel, aluminum exterior and roof, all-tube walls and ceilings, advantech floor. Interior height of 7.5. Also has a Carrier 13,500 BTU a/c with heat.
