Seller says: "The trailer had some water damage to the ceiling when we bought it, and we went up and coated the roof over the summer and didn't notice it worsening. The trailer it self has some room for improvement cosmetically, and maybe some sprucing up, but its fully functional and operational, we had it inspected and approved by the state in June. The 100# fryer and char-broiler are brand new pieces we bought and fit into the trailer. they were installed by a professional gas agent and all the lines have been inspected and updated. This is a great combo. You can literally buy this package and go. Besides legal paperwork you can start running this business tomorrow.
