.  Trailer was purchased in April of 2014. It is a 6x12 Lark with a 3x5 vending window. It comes with a 5ft. outside counter (not shown in picture) 3 compartment sink and hand washing sink, with a 6 gallon clean water tank + 15 gallon waste tank. A 2 1/2 gallon Ariston hot water heater and surflow 110 water pump. The plumbing was completed by licensed plumber and inspected by state plumbing inspector (we have proof of this). The sink is vented through the roof as state code requires. It came with a 60 amp breaker panel, 4- 110 outlet, 2- 4ft. lights and RV style plug. White vinyl walls and black vinyl floor.
