This mobile BBQ concession trailer has 7.7' of inside standing height and a custom BBQ smoker installed! The grilling portion (middle section) of the BBQ smoker can be fueled with wood, gas-fired, or gas with wood chips; has large pull out rack. Smoker can also be used as an indirect heat cooker. Has a custom gas warmer/finisher that accommodates 6 full-size steam table pans! Has additional space that can be used for the expansion of your menu. There is approximately 50 inches between the stove and the sink. There is also approximately 53 inches (to be able to open door under sink) between the refrigerator and the sink. Between the stove and sink is plenty of room for either a stand-up freezer or sandwich prep table. Under the serving window there is plenty of room for an under-counter freezer. The additional pictures of the inside of the refrigerator and under the sinks has been uploaded to the site. Note: The area between the stove and sink is visible on the left side of the three-compartment sink picture, and the area under the serving counter is visible in the vending window picture. Is there room to add a freezer and a work table?
Yes, there is! There was some room left inside specifically for expansion of different items. (I.E., shelves, etc.)
Is this for sale without the smoker and fryers?
