It has a 24" x 48" Argentine grates grill, a Vulcan 4 burner gas stove with 2 racks oven, Hatco 2 drawers food warmer with temperature controller, hot well with individual controller for the different compartments, 3 sink compartment plus hand wash, fresh and waste water tanks, fridge, 2 freezers (1 for inside unit and one for the outside), 2 deep fryers, two 100 gallon propane tanks that supplies gas to the fryers and stove and 2 scissor jacks to stabilize the concession trailer.
