The trailer base is a 2003 model so its a little older with minor rust here and there but was strong with no problems when the structure was built on it. Tires and wheels are brand new 2018 with less than 100 miles on them. Vinyl flooring could be replaced because seller misunderstood directions in putting down and some tiles have moved. Unit was only used for 5 months by its original owner.

Note: Trailer is HEAVY for single axle trailer because of its 2 x 4 construction so it would need to be taken to its place of use and kept stationary. We moved it around for our business several times but one of the wheels became loose and we had to replace the section behind the wheel to repair it. We have not moved it much since then. You may even want to consider having it towed on a flatbed to your location if you live outside of our city. It has never been taken more than 20 miles away.
