This unit comes with an additional small refrigerator that is used to dispense cannoli cream into the shell. There is an inverter that powers the truck when underway. A 3000-watt Honda Generator provides enough power to run all equipment, although the on-demand hot water tank needs to shut off while running the convection oven and/or cappuccino machine. There are two water storage tanks and a waste water tank, although it should be used sparingly during actual operation to conserve water. An 8-quart mixer is used to make the various flavor of cannoli creams. There is also a blender to make cannoli cream milkshakes. Recipes and sales ideas will also be provided upon purchase.
