It can be moved for cleaning purposes but not permanently relocated.
Does the oven have a thermometer?
No, I use a hand held laser thermometer so I can measure different oven areas.
Are there any known issues?
There are no known issues with the trailer, however, it does require a 3/4 to 1-ton truck for transport.

How much does this trailer weigh?
I’m not sure about the weight, the oven is a fully cast oven. The trailer is reinforced on the front end (tongue has been boxed) and gets moved using a dodge 2500 with no issues.

The cover is made of heavy-duty vinyl with a silicone liner around the oven stack. It is domed to direct water away from the oven.
