Body

The trailer itself was stripped and sandblasted to remove all old paint and any existing rust. The walls were replaced with thicker steel. The whole trailer was repainted to a pure white. The floor was also removed and upgraded with a bedlined steel subfloor to prevent moisture and water from rotting the new treated 2x12 floor above it. On top of the wood portion of the floor is a faux wood vinyl floor which is also weather resistant. All new custom quilted aluminum and trim was added to top off the vintage look.

The hubs and bearings are all new and coated. The stock rally wheels were blasted and powder coated and wrapped in new tires. The fresh chrome caps top the wheels off.

The interior walls are lined with plywood, another layer of galvanized sheet metal then faux subway tile. One wall is covered in 3/4 Shiplap instead of tile.

The counters are custom 2” butcher block stained and sealed to protect from water and UV rays. The hydraulically assisted concession door is also stained and protected with quick detach tabs for hanging lights to set the mood.

New tinted plexiglass was installed in the front and a custom rear door was made for a great photo op for events.

Electrical

The trailer is equipped with new wiring. Upgraded to 12awg romex, it has three 20a outlets and 3 internal LED lamps along with an optional LED/Neon sign. This setup also has a water pump with a 5 gallon supply and 5 gallon grey tank with easy fill and drain accessibility. Inside the right wall cabinet is 1 outlet, and inside the front cabinet is 2 outlets. The amber exterior lights and taillights have been upgraded to LED.

This trailer can be powered by a simple wall outlet if the venue location or as a backup a quiet 3500w generator is very efficient. This trailer can easily be a concession for a bakery or a mobile bar. Tows easily as well. With tasteful decorations this will be a hit at any event with a good return of investment.

This trailer is very clean and sturdy, but being a +36 year old horse trailer it has a a few aesthetic flaws (ding, chip etc).
