   This truck is in good condition and ready for the road. It has 2 emergency window exit's, and 2 front entry doors that have a push button to open or switch the latch over to open manually.* The rear metal bumper on left side is damaged.

* Driver door has a crease in panel.

Seller notes: The vehicle is completely self-contained when I pull up to a customers home. I don't need any assistance from them to fulfill my services. The condition of the vehicle mechanically is an excellent condition two weeks ago. I upgraded the headlights to LED along with new lamps. Roughly a $400 upgrade. The interior of the vehicle is always clean kept in excellent working order.

There is some surface scratches on the wood floor that can be removed with cleaning oil. We also spent $300 repainting the top of the Bus white. There was some minor leaking above the rear cargo door that has been repaired and repainted. There is a 5 gallon hot water heater underneath the sink always works needs 20 minutes to heat up and runs off of the batteries under the steps. I also installed light strips on top of the windows, running the width of the bus on each side.

This vehicle is turn key, it is ready to work. Very reliable vehicle I've had it for three years never once had to tow it. This vehicle is not ready for the winter months in Ohio. You would need to do some preparation to protect the waterlines and the water tanks.
The vehicle does have heat in the front cab works very well. I also use small space heaters in the rear of the Bus on very cold days. The water tanks are not insulated and you would have to buy some type of insulation to protect waterlines and tanks in the cold weather. Removing the pedicure chair would not be a problem by adding a hair station sink.
