What kind of pastries were made in this truck?
Most of what we sold we prepared ahead of time in a commercial kitchen. We sliced, served and topped desserts in the truck. There is a small convection oven that we used to bake small batches of items such as our spinach pies. So you can bake on the truck , but small batches.
Is everything in great working condition on this vehicle? If not, what would need to be done on it?
Yes. Both mechanically and equipment inside the truck.
