This vehicle features a bathroom and measures 14' long. Its interior was built in 2020 and its diesel engine only has 8,000 miles on it! Only had 6 months of usage so everything is practically like new! All power independently runs without van ignition being on. It comes equipped with 6 batteries that give lasting power. It recharges in a standard 110-volt outlet and also recharges while driving and when the generator is on. The generator is used to power the air conditioning and heater. Batteries are used to power everything else. If batteries are not charged, the generator takes over and powers all equipment as well as a backup. Gen has approx 2k hours on it.
Scheduled maintenance was done 12/2022. Schedule B maintenance is due in about 1 year.
Generator oil change is due every 150-250 hours that it’s being used.

How old are the styling chairs?
Chairs are about 3 years old. Purchased from Keller. Very hard to find in brown, was special ordered. They only stock black ones.
What is the gas mileage on the vehicle?
Van has 8k miles, the generator has about 2k hours.
