Corn roasting capacity:
There are 16 racks, each holding:
• 3 large ears or
• 4 medium ears of corn
That gives you a total capacity of 48 large or 64 medium ears of corn at one time.

Roasting time:
At 600°F, corn cooks in approximately 20 minutes per batch, depending on size and rotation.

• Large corn:
48 ears per batch × 3 batches/hour = 144 large ears per hour
• Medium corn:
64 ears per batch × 3 batches/hour = 192 medium ears per hour
