Salon was installed in 2019 and was never used since it has been built. Exterior is ready to be wrapped and the ceiling has been raised 6" for added headroom! Cargo box area (not including front area with steering wheel etc) Specifications are just over 7' wide and 14' long (without the deck). 75k miles. 100 x 60 is the exterior measurements - not including the decking. The decking would add several feet onto the length.

Seller notes: The mirrors in the picture are where the stations would be. We have stacking acrylic chairs that can move and function as needed in the space for flexible / various needs-including extending to the deck or outside if you'd like. We have never used the unit so we don't have pictures of the stations in use. There is room for 3-4 stations very comfortably. It was designed for 5 stations which will fit with our chairs - but it would be a bit tighter.

What is the black box on roof front of truck?

It’s the water tanks.

Does it have air brakes?

No. This drives and operates like a normal car/truck - it does not drive like a large trailer/semi.

Would I need to acquire a CDL to drive this truck?

No it does NOT require a special license to drive it.

What are the width and length measurements from the outside?

100x60 is the exterior measurements - not including the decking. The decking would add several feet onto the length. I just found the original measurements from when we bought the truck and I added that photo now.

Does it have a generator? Or a connection for one?

It does not currently have a generator (we haven’t used the truck so did not install it yet) but it’s an easy addition and we can connect you with someone to have it installed before you pick it up.

It says hand washing sink, is one of these set up to be a shampoo sink? Is the hot water instant? Does it have good pressure?

In the pictures you can see two sinks. One is hand washing (small to the right of the shampoo sink). And yes there is a shampoo sink. You can see them both in the pictures. We put them both in to work with salon license specifications. But if your state doesn’t require both, you could remove the hand washing. There is a picture of the hot water heater. We did not use the unit after it was renovated and all is in great working order.

What is the sq. ft. of floor space?

I would like to know if a massage table would fit in there?

Yes. The way it is designed now a chair massage table would easily fit in a few spots including the porch for an outside massage. With easy changes inside, a full table could fit. We raised the ceiling 6" do there's extra headspace + great natural light with the added windows.

Is there a bathroom?

No, There's Heat, AC, Water and Water Heater. No need for a bathroom. The intent is to use the bathroom wherever you park, saves tons of space and cleaning on the truck.

Why did you never use the facility?

We decided not to move forward with our business.

Anything wrong with the vehicle?

No, the vehicle is in great shape. We put a new battery, in which was the only concern.
