Is this trailer NSF rated and CA compliant?
No this is not a commercial kitchen trailer this is a mobile venue you would have to set up your catering under the tent it’s too small to cooking and it’s basically wonderful as a display great for Kc it’s an amazing bar but it is not a kitchen in California has new laws allowing you to have a mobile venue without it being rated
