What is the weight of the trailer for pulling capacity purpose?

The original specifications on the trailer show 5500 lbs, but because it's been renovated and much of the RV furniture and such removed it's much lighter. I will say it tows nicer than our 2006 travel trailer the same length. Very well balanced!
