Water tanks are 5 gallon fresh and I carried 2 - 5gallon for non potable."

Does the trailer have stabilizer jacks?

No, it just has the trailer jack

It looks like the generator is 4000 watts. Was that enough power for everything when the a/c was on and the snow Shaver was going?

We did not use a shaved. All my ice was pre made and stored in a chest freezer. I ran the ac ,the freezer,sometimes a couple of fans plus the lights never had issues.

I never weighed it with everything inside. I pulled it with my 1/2 ton Chevrolet pickup no problems.
