Seller notes: Plumbing has been replaced so it's brand new. Electric has been fixed, and a new box was put in, and new breakers. Transportation has always gone well- it's just heavy and needs a big truck or car hauler to move it. 

No significant food service equipment is included. Have some appliances that can go with it if desired by buyer- call for details. 

It's old but we have made some improvements to the plumbing and the electrical and we have also bought a new electrical cord for the unit itself it's custom.made just for the trailer to run. The outside condition is fine except for the porch - which one side needs to have the wood replaced we had a vandalism incident and never had the money to get it fixed or the expertise to do the job.
