I would like to know why this truck is on sale. Did business fail? Also, did the truck fail inspection?

Hi. My wife and I are moving out of the country due to personal issues and need to sell the truck beacuse we are not going to be here to work with it. The business was actually doing good .Regarding inspection, the truck passed 5 times so that's not a problem at all.
