They are just a resource for equipment and supplies. The Nelson cold plate freezer does not have a model number on it. It's made specifically for Snowie. It holds about 10-30 lbs. bags of ice. I have included pictures. Its inside measurements are 38 L x 23 D x 29 T. It will go down to -20, but for shaved ice only, we keep it at about +11. Ice can be too cold to shave properly.
