I have been asked for some business particulars including how much money can be made with this bar car:

-- Full service where you provide the Cushman, a bartender, all alcohol, napkins, ice, mixers, cups, bar fruit, etc  is $275 per hour.  If a cash bar their guests pay for their own drinks.  An Open Bar is $10 to $12 per head depending on the mix if liquors selected.

- If guests provide their own liquor, then the price is $275 per hour including all of the items outlined above minus the liquor/beer.

- Finally, if the customer wants to keep their cost down, we charged $800 for the day and would be willing to recommend a few different bartenders that they would pay directly.

We would typically travel for free within a 20 mile radius and then charge additional depending on distance traveled. With that said, we have made regular trips to the Capital District (Albany), Vermont, Ski Centers in Upstate New Year, Saratoga Springs, etc.  The harder you work, the more money you can make.

Additionally, for a full price offer, I would be willing to provide 20 hours of consulting (if applicable at time of sale) * on how to run a successful bar car/food truck business. For years my family business operated 3 full service restaurants, a movie theater,  a motel with marina, and 5 food trucks.

Clients have all been some of the very best major hotels, casinos, resorts, golf courses, college campuses, olympic events, and far too many private parties, weddings , etc to mention. Most all were booked by referral from other clients.
