• Power/Generator: Shore power or a generator can run the refrigerator, prep table, freezer, lights, hood, and one or both A/C units. There are plenty of outlets for warmers and other electrical equipment. The truck uses a 50-amp generator connection.
• Shore Power Cord: A power cord is included with the truck and will remain with the truck.
• Propane: There are three propane lines installed:
  • 1 for the griddle/range
  • 1 for the pizza oven
  • 1 spare line
    The pizza oven requires 120V AC for the conveyor and propane for the burner. The propane hose is already connected to the truck’s propane line. The oven is very heavy, so the seller has not installed it.
• Generator: Generator is not included. The seller recommends a 9,000-watt propane generator
