Is it either a rebuilt engine and/or transmission?
Based on the information I received when I purchased the truck, the engine is original, the truck is from 2010, and we drove it from Tampa to Orlando without any issues. It is important to clarify that this unit previously belonged to a company specializing in the wholesale of baking supplies; this means that, while it is perfectly functional, it is not a brand-new truck. However, the kitchen is completely new-built in 2025-and has never been used.
What kind of concept were they doing before?
The truck was originally created for selling sandwiches and desserts—essentially, we wanted to set up a bakery. However, the truck's kitchen is designed to accommodate any type of concept, as it is equipped with a wide range of multi-purpose appliances. Has this unit already had its inspection & is ready to go?
The truck meets all the requirements to pass an inspection; however, we were never able to secure the necessary permits due to a lack of funds and time. The company that built the kitchen inside the truck is a reputable firm, and they provided all the documentation required for whoever operates the vehicle to successfully pass the relevant inspections. Such documents will be delivered at the time of sale.
