Not sure about this question but here's is what we have successfully utilized for our POS and Inventory Control use, Square Register. This program worked well by simply using our cell phones and a card reader allowing us to receive all credit/charge cards for payments. The quick turn around of our payouts by Squrare were appreciated. We had an initial year provided at 2.75% with no attached service fees using Square. We also received text orders through Square. We also utilized a cash drawer for cash sales.

The Trolley was inspected and licensed two years by an Indiana county health department and only fire extinguisher was required by State of Indiana.

Yes, a fryer can be added along with any other appliances requiring 220 volt electrical outlets. The electrical circuit box and circuit breakers have been upgraded to 50 Amps.
