VEHICLE & MECHANICAL

Maintenance Records: The truck has been personally maintained with regular oil changes and generator servicing performed in-house, so commercial shop receipts are not available. Buyers are encouraged to have their own mechanic inspect the vehicle. Additional generator backup parts (fuel filters, oil filter, and belt) may also be included.
Accident History: The truck has never been involved in an accident and has no known frame or body damage.
Engine Service & Emissions: The last full engine service, including oil and filter changes, was completed in 2025. The truck has been stored and unused throughout 2026 and has only approximately 24,000 miles. No recent diesel emissions test has been performed. Any future emissions or smog compliance requirements will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Registration & CARB Compliance: Registration is valid through June 30, 2026. A Planned Non-Operation (PNO) filing is being submitted due to storage status. The new owner will be responsible for transferring CARB registration and maintaining future compliance requirements.

• Fire suppression system has never discharged; last serviced March 2025. It will require a new inspection and tag before operation.

• Premium 4-camera security system (installed 2024) is operational but needs a replacement power supply and new SIM card. A separate cellular-based temperature/humidity/power monitoring device is included and only requires service reactivation.
