This trailer has a 2” ball with a completely insulated 24 x 48 offset smoker by Peoria Cookers. Extremely efficient and easy to run. The smoker has 2 levels of stainless steel cooking grates and 2 levels of exhaust for controlling your heat/smoke. It comes to temp in 20 minutes. Also includes a mounted Yoder YS 640S (WiFi compatible controller by FireBoard) with a new ceramic igniter. YS 640S includes optional removable plate for grilling and a half depth upper shelf. Trailer has 2 storage boxes with stainless steel lockable lids.
