Can the generator run the full coffee setup at once?
Yes, with no issues, it runs espresso, lights, oven, reach-in cooler, blender, grinder, etc…everything
What electrical service does the trailer have (30A/50A and 120V/240V)?

What are the gallon capacities of the fresh-water and wastewater tanks?
I looked, and I’m pretty sure clean water is 10 gallons and grey water is 15 gallons…. Greywater track is 1.5x the size of clean water which is what Ohio requires.
Approximately how many miles are on the F-150?
125,000…. it runs well. I just put a new battery in it about three months ago starts up and runs every single time there is rust on it. It’s really not worth a ton. I’m just more or less throwing it in because I have no need for a truck once I sell trailer

No inventory is included, I’m sure there’s is more included that isn’t in the ad, but it would be easier if you just check it out. It’s a fully functional turn key coffee trailer, minus the inventory to sell

No known mechanical issues, just replaced battery

Yes, it uses 5-gallon water jugs fully plumbed to the espresso machine, and the drain is tied into the sink.
Can the included Predator 9000 generator run the entire coffee setup at the same time, including the espresso machine, grinder, refrigerator and water heater?

I attached a picture of the espresso machine, but I can’t really get a picture of the model number plate because it’s on the back of the machine and I have the machine bolted to the counter trailer so it doesn’t fall over when driving. The espresso machine is an Estella ecem1. The grinder is an estella eceg26.
Do you know if it meets NJ Health Department requirements or if there are alterations I'd need to make?
Unsure if it does for NJ. If you can get a list for your health department, I can go over it. It does exceed every requirement for the state of Ohio; I can’t imagine they’d be much different.
How heavy is the trailer when it is fully equipped?
Approximately 6,000 lbs.
