Do you have receipts or service records for the trailer buildout, generator, espresso equipment, or truck?
The truck has limited value. I purchased it used; it runs well but shouldn’t be considered a long-term solution. I can provide receipts for all the equipment inside the trailer if needed. The trailer and generator were already assembled when I bought them, and we added the beverage equipment, refrigerator, and other components.
Could you provide a copy of the most recent health-department inspection documentation mentioned in the listing?

Are there any known leaks, electrical issues, plumbing issues, generator problems, or equipment that isn't currently working?
Everything works fine
Does the trailer have electric brakes on both axles, and is the brake system currently functioning properly?
It is a single-axle trailer with no electric brakes, to my knowledge.
What are the trailer's GVWR, axle ratings, empty weight, and approximate loaded weight?
I need to check the exact empty weight, but the fully loaded weight is approximately 6,500 pounds.
Is the rust on the truck primarily cosmetic/body rust, or is there rust on the frame or other structural components?
I’m not a mechanic, so I can’t provide a detailed assessment, but as mentioned, the truck has some rust. It runs well, though it shouldn’t be considered a long-term solution.
Can air conditioning be added to the trailer with the existing electrical system, or would an electrical upgrade be required?
You would need to add not only a generator that’s more powerful to run an air conditioner because air conditioners take a ton of power. There is a breaker box in there, but as of now all the breakers are full you would have to replace the breaker box.

Can the generator run the full coffee setup at once?
Yes, with no issues, it runs espresso, lights, oven, reach-in cooler, blender, grinder, etc…everything

What are the gallon capacities of the fresh-water and wastewater tanks?
I looked, and I’m pretty sure clean water is 10 gallons and grey water is 15 gallons…. Greywater track is 1.5x the size of clean water which is what Ohio requires.
Approximately how many miles are on the F-150?
125,000…. it runs well. I just put a new battery in it about three months ago starts up and runs every single time there is rust on it. It’s really not worth a ton. I’m just more or less throwing it in because I have no need for a truck once I sell trailer

Also, I already own a truck capable of towing the trailer, so I wouldn’t need the F-150 that’s included in the listing. Would the seller be willing to sell the trailer and all of the coffee equipment without the truck? If so, what would the price be for just the fully equipped trailer?

No inventory is included, I’m sure there’s is more included that isn’t in the ad, but it would be easier if you just check it out. It’s a fully functional turn key coffee trailer, minus the inventory to sell

No known mechanical issues, just replaced battery

Yes, it uses 5-gallon water jugs fully plumbed to the espresso machine, and the drain is tied into the sink.

I attached a picture of the espresso machine, but I can’t really get a picture of the model number plate because it’s on the back of the machine and I have the machine bolted to the counter trailer so it doesn’t fall over when driving. The espresso machine is an Estella ecem1. The grinder is an estella eceg26.
Do you know if it meets NJ Health Department requirements or if there are alterations I'd need to make?
Unsure if it does for NJ. If you can get a list for your health department, I can go over it. It does exceed every requirement for the state of Ohio; I can’t imagine they’d be much different.
How heavy is the trailer when it is fully equipped?
Approximately 6,000 lbs.
