I see that the engine has 61,000 miles on it how is the transmission and rear end?

Everything seems in good shape. We have not had any issues and our mechanic has never mentioned any problems. We did put airbags on the rear to help with the load - seems to work great.

Does the truck have an option to plumb into an outside water source?

The only exterior water hookup is to fill the water tank to run the sink.

Does the 3 Gal RO tank have an RO filtration system in place?

No. We filter water for the bottles water system at our cafe. A filtration system could be added, though, pretty easily.
