Did it pass safety inspection and food inspection
The truck operated last Spring of 2015 in Pennsylvania. That is the last time it went for a food inspection. The engine and transmission run great

The Truck does not come with a generator. Pictures are posted
I see u already have exhaust system in already. Didn't see deep fryers. Is hood and exhaust in place and can u put 1 or 2 40-50lbs deep fryers in? is there also room for refrigerator?
Thanks for the question. We do not have deep fryers in the truck but you could put counter top deep fryers in. Across from the cooking area is where the commercial refrigerator is located. There is also space beneath the counter near the driver for an extra refrigerator or freezer
what is the mileage on this truck
Current truck engine has around 140,000 miles and the body of the truck has 287,000 miles on it.
What are the size of the water tanks?
A 5 gallon bucket goes beneath each of the sinks to collect the waste water.
What are the dimensions?
Truck is 21 ft long and about 7 ft wide.
Does the vehicle run?
Vehicle runs very well. Starts right up and is able to get up to speed on the highway without an issue.
How does it drive?
Tires, Brakes, and mechanics work well. The steering column is a little off center but the truck runs great and we have pushed it to 75 MPH on the highway with no issue.
How many electrical amps?
The truck is hard wired with 1 circuit that is powered via an extension cord from the back of the truck
What size are the water tanks?
The water tanks are 5 gallon buckets beneath each of the sinks. The buckets attach to the hot water heater.
How many miles on the transmission?
I do not know exactly how many miles are on the transmission, but I believe it is a new transmission from two years back.
