Depending on the size of the fryer you have several options, you can use the flat top grill space if not needed, the steam table, or stainless steel table space. Everything is bolted down but can be reorganized depending on set-up.

This truck has no fryers, but has a fire suppression system if fryers were installed.

The odometer reads 264,000..When I purchased the truck it was in Albuquerque, New Mexico...a mechanic looked it over did a tune up and I drove it south over 250 miles with no issues. Mechanic stated that someone put a newer engine in it.

It's it great mechanical condition, we have been running it almost 2 years and only routine oil changes and spark plugs.
