Can the oven be used with wood instead of gas?
Absolutely. I use both. When I am at large events and need more space in the oven, I opt for gas only. Otherwise, I use the gas to get the wood started and as a supplement to the wood.
Why are you selling?
We are moving into the world of frozen pizza, and I don’t need the truck anymore for my new business model which will have an actual brick and mortar retail space.
