This is a home built unit and has plenty of space for additional equipment. *Trailer is fully intact but experienced water damage from Hurricane Ian. It tipped on its side (see photos.) While there is no physical damage, the electrical panel and wiring will need to be replaced. The A/C, Hood/Exhaust, Fire Suppression, interior lighting and cooking equipment are in working condition. The water pumps to the sink do not.
It doesn’t appear a full rewire will be required, just replacing the electric panel under the sinks. Trailer is physically in good condition- tows without issue. SOLD AS IS.
NOTE: Refrigerators work! Water pumps for the sink do not. Everything else works!
