Have a look at this awesome mobile food unit! This truck has been well taken care of and is in excellent operating condition with normal wear and tear for its age. The truck has a new engine with less than 3000 miles on it, new catalytic converter. This is the first year that these trucks were fuel injected.Truck was purchased in 2013 by this seller, and needed multiple additions in order to bring it up to California code within the last few years. The additions include: New 3 compartment sink; New insignia through state fire and plan check with health dept; 3 door refrigeration system - upgrade from old style cold plate to a modern system that holds temp well and has passed multiple health inspections; New fire suppression system (Ansul) that has never been discharged; 2018 truck smogged and passed...no problem!
All cooking equipment on this truck works very well and will never let you down. Fryer holds temp extremely well and doesn't overly fluctuate, exhaust fans are extremely strong, propane tank is solid with no leaks and gauge is accurate!
