The reverse flow baffles plates are movable and can be slid back for direct heat style cooking. Each firebox has a warmer/rib box with 4 shelves which is great for keeping side dishes warm after cooking on the smoker. It tows easily even at 2,000LB (Brake Controller recommended inside any vehicle towing more than 1500 LB)


Update: 6/29/21- Interior and Exterior deep clean. Fresh coat of high temperaure paint. Reseasoned and coated with oil. Ran at 400F for 4-6 hours to create protective coating. Also upgraded all 6 temp gauges to Tel-Tru UT-300's.
