Does this unit have a fire suppression system?
No. Suppression is only needed for fryers. Since these are table top they can be removed at time of inspection to refrain from needing fire system.
Is it possible to change the table top fryers with full size fryers?
Yes you could have someone install full size fryers pretty easily anywhere in the truck
