NOTE ABOUT MECHANICAL CONDITION: Needs brakes and the carburetor rebuilt. (Carburetor will work if it's sprayed with carb cleaner while starting, but it will need replacement.) Needs a coolant flush and the power steering fluid has a leak that requires topping off. No electrical issues. Engine and transmission are in good condition, tires are good.
