Seller's Note: It passed a health inspection from the previous owner in South Carolina. In North Carolina, we fall under the Dept of Ag, so we didn’t deal with the Health Dept, or have to pass an inspection. I’ve worked as a fine dining chef across the US for the past 13 years, and this trailer could run laps around 90% of actual brick-and-mortar kitchens. It has everything it needs to pass—hot water, three-compartment sink, water filtration, all shelving is a minimum of 8" off the ground, etc.

The electrical has 3 circuits that all run 110. If you had larger equipment that needed 220, you could easily add or convert it. The generator that’s included can handle all of it.
